This is sourced from 100% Mayan owned collectives of indigenous mothers who produce our Cacao products with love and care and deep rooted respect for Mother Earth "Tierra Madre".
The cacao beans are roasted, hand-peeled and ground by this wonderful team before then being moulded into our smooth blocks of rich Cacao paste.
Our native ‘criollo’ cacao beans are
sourced directly from our farmers in a remote mountainous region called Suchitepéquez; a highland region in Southwestern Guatemala.
