Mindful Night Time Routine:
1: Choose & prepare your night-time brew and spray yourself with the relaxing magnesium spray and put on some of the handmade lip balm.
2: Take a moment to focus on your Breath -focusing on the beautiful natural scents-of the tea, the lavender and chamomile spray and the coconut lip balm. Take 5 long slow deep breaths.
3: When you are feeling relaxed use the gratitude journal to reflect on your day. Try and focus on the positives and what you were grateful for today, letting go of anything that didn’t serve you today. Follow the prompts on the journal and read the daily quote.
4: Sip on your nighttime tea, while practicing gratitude and closing your day on a positive happy note, looking forward to new beginnings tomorrow.
