The Four Elements Self-Care Wellness Box
Have your own Cacao Ceremony using some or all of the Four Elements.
The elements represent the different aspects of nature, and they can be used to bring balance, focus, and intention to a Cacao Ceremony.
Each Box contains:
Earth (Journal)
Air (Sage & Palo Santo)
Fire (Ceremonial Grade Cacao & Lavender incense)
Water (28g of Organic Rose Petals)
Earth: symbolizes stability, grounding, and nurturing. Use the journal provided to set your intentions during your Cacao Ceremony or to write down your thoughts and goals. You can also set an intention while chopping and preparing the Ceremonial Cacao.
Air: Integrate the Air Element through conscious breathwork. Before drinking the Cacao, take deep, intentional breaths, focusing on the air filling your lungs and bringing clarity to your mind. Incorporate Sage & Palo Santo to represent the Air element.
The smoke from these sacred herbs can purify the space, carry your intentions, and create a connection to the Air element.
Fire: As you drink your Cacao, feel the warmth of the liquid, representing the Fire element, flowing through your body. Imagine it igniting your inner fire, fuelling your passion, and transforming any stagnant energy.
Water: Incorporate a water ritual into your Ceremony by using a bowl of water or by being near a body of water. Dip your fingers in the water and anoint yourself, symbo- lizing cleansing and the flow of emotions. Water can also be used to release any emotions that arise during the Ceremony.
You can infuse the water that you make your Cacao with our Ceremonial Grade Rose petals. Roses have the highest vibrational frequency flowers making them the closest tangible thing to LOVE.
Close your Ceremony with the Air Element by taking at least 5 long deep breaths, sending energy down to your feet and grounding back into the physical world.
